Laurel Sparks

Laurel works as the GIS Developer on the Site Selection Team and is responsible for developing web-based mapping tools and applications for US Solar. Both in and out of work, Laurel is interested in leveraging geospatial approaches and data for social/environmental responsibility.

Laurel began at US Solar in June 2025 after earning their M.A. in Geography at the University of Kentucky.
