Derek Papagianopoulos

Derek manages the development of US Solar's Eastern markets Community Solar Garden portfolios. He is responsible for securing site control, use permits and utility agreements for our projects, and ensures that they are completed on time and on budget. Prior to US Solar, Derek was the Director of Land Acquisition at OYA Renewables, where he developed and executed strategies to secure site control of over 1 GW worth of solar projects across the country.

Derek graduated from the University of Virginia with both a Bachelor's and Master's Degree.
