Jacob Baer

​Jacob Baer has over a decade of legal experience in the energy and natural resources industry.  Jacob advises US Solar’s management on a variety of corporate matters and assists the development team with real estate and energy transactions, due diligence, land use and regulatory issues.  Prior to joining US Solar, Jacob was most recently an attorney at the law firm of Fredrikson & Byron, P.A.

Jacob has a Juris Doctor from William Mitchell College of Law, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN.
