Dany Ghorayeb

​Dany brings over 10 years of project finance experience to US Solar. As a Project Finance Manager, Dany manages transaction closings with tax equity and debt financing partners, and provides financial planning and analysis support to the company. Prior to US Solar, Dany worked in the renewable energy finance field where he supported transaction closings of more than $200 million in tax equity, debt, and preferred equity investments, in addition to supporting M&A activities. Dany also worked for EPC contractors internationally where he was involved in the financing process of electromechanical projects in the Middle East.    

Dany holds a MS in Finance from the George Washington University, and a BS from the Lebanese American University.
