The Director, Project Development for the Western US will lead the project development for community solar and distributed-generation projects in Colorado, New Mexico, and other western markets. This person will join an experienced team with existing projects in various stages of development and will work to expand US Solar’s position across several state markets. With experience in all facets of solar project development, including new market entry, site acquisition, permitting, interconnection, and project delivery, this role will have the unique opportunity to lead the business into the future.

US Solar is seeking a Project Developer in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions to be located remotely. Candidates should live in proximity to a major airport, as development may require travel across the East Coast. The Project Developer will be responsible for site acquisition, permitting, interconnection, and other development activities for DG solar projects. This employee will understand the market(s) they work in, strategize, and execute the development strategy. The Project Developer will have the support of a small, close-knit development team but will also work directly with upper management while having a high degree of autonomy.

The Customer Experience and Sales Operations Manager will lead the sales and support team's day-to-day operations as they acquire new customers and support current customers' needs. A successful candidate should enjoy both building processes that streamline our services and motivating a team of experienced sales and support professionals as they educate and communicate with our customers. The candidate will work closely with the Director of Residential Programs and other Origination team members to achieve direct-to-consumer sales goals, maximize efficiency, and provide personalized experiences to residential customers participating in community solar.
